Additional Comments:

3 Pigs BBQ in Headland is another one of those staple restaurants in the Wiregrass area.  Its just one of those places you have to visit whether you live here or not.  Ethan and I had a field trip to Headland this morning and we were finishing up at 11am.  Since he had never been, we decided to go!!
We arrived at 10:55am and they were opening up.  We were the first there.  We were immediately greeted when we walked in the door.  Our server was very friendly and also very prompt.  She didn’t hover.  I can’t stand hovering.  Ethan ordered a slice pork sandwich with corn nuggets.  I got a chipped pork plate with green beans and a side salad.  The wait for our food wasn’t bad.  It was a little longer than I expected but not so long that I would complain about it.  The last time I was there with my Dad it took a little while.
I am a sauce connoisseur. I had all of the sauces lined up in front of me and tried a different one with each bite of bbq.  They were DELICIOUS and the bbq itself was too.  We just recently went to Full Moon BBQ and I would definitely rank this place higher than any bbq place in Dothan, except maybe The BBQ Shack.  Although, I did have a bite of a brisket sandwich last night from the Butchers Block and it was A M A Z I N G!!!!!!!!
Our total bill for lunch was $20.80, but if you pay cash they give you a 9% discount.  Tip and all we were out $25.
